This morning I decided to fuel up at Watercourse. I wanted 4 Buckwheat pancakes, but, the waiter said "Dude, there's no way you're going to eat all of that". I said "Oh yeah? Obviously you've never seen a hungry cyclist eat.". Believe it or not, he said I couldn't even finish 3, and, if I did, he'd bring me the 4th. Well, let me tell you people...I polished all 3 of those pancakes off. I almost ordered a bowl of oatmeal just for the hell of it, but realized, nah. The waiter was indeed impressed.
NEVER EVER tell a hungry cyclist "There is no way you're going to eat all of that."
