I absolutely love Sunday Mornings!! I take 'em super slow and usually get ready to head out the door around 8:45/9am for a nice ride. The best part is waking up, making a nice french press, and then I throw on a good "Sunday Morning" album. This morning, it's R. Carlos Nakai's Mythic Dreamer. R. Carlos Nakai is a Native American flute instrument player. Basically it's just him solo. It's sooo relaxing.
Had some awesome training these last 2 days. I am feeling good. It's all setting up to be a super fun season. I'm very excited.
