Just go here and eat some pupusas. They're Salvadorean for "Holy shit...this is masa harina, cheese, zuchinni, and water? Best thing I've ever eated...oh, and it's only 3 bucks".
Delicious. Keep them in business...it's slow. It's in Boulder and worh every second of the drive.
