Well, I've wanted to see Cape Fear for a long time. Why? I dunno...seriously. I think because it has all the elements of a movie I love...Deniro, Scorsese, suspense. I have to say, I kinda lost interest about 1/2 way through, but fought to finish it. Now, I guess I had super high expectations for this movie, simply because everyone talked about how scarey it was, and, that it was pretty greusome. I knew it was a remake, but, it seemed too drive-in movie-ish to really keep me interested. Don't get me wrong, it was pretty cool how it was filmed (technicolor film), but it was a tad campy. Deniro was great and it was suspenseful, but, I guess I expected a Goodfellas, and, got a Fletch Lives. It's ok though, I can say I watched it and that's that.
