best foot forward

This morning at PT I got my orthotics. I'm excited to have some nice professionally made ones, vs my uber ghetto ones I made by taping a bunch of old insoles together. During the exercises this morning, I noticed a significant difference in the tracking of my knee cap during squats, and, my balance was a lot better. Woohooo! The key will be when I'm riding if I can continue to control the rotation of my left leg and keep it aligned. We'll see.
