I went to my traditional Monday 4pm yoga class this past Monday. I can tell that I am getting a LOT better. I was able to do a bunch of stuff I never did before! It was awesome. Also, my flexibility has come a long way.
Been dieting too. Dropped 6lbs in 2 weeks...and they're STAYING OFF!!!!
Big weekend coming up! Family comes in tomorrow. Yay! Saturday I have some riding to do...Lookout Mtn hill climb. I am trying to set a PR. I'm not going to divulge what it is now, because it's embarassing. Either way, I am excited because on Monday my house goes up for sale. Sweet!
