So, my neighbor, who is a professional chef specializing in pastries and wedding cakes, just came over to offer me a piece of cake freshly baked, and, frosted with French Vanilla Butter Cream Frosting. I have 1/2 of a quart of skim milk in the fridge that will go bad in another day.

I kindly declined.
