Today..so-so

Well, today I ended up going to the gym at work to ride in the am, with the intentions of getting to our house inspection after work. No dice on the inspection, but, the workout was ok in the morning. I simply hit "random" on the gym program-atron bike and let it fly. I was pretty soaked afterwards, so, I guess that means I worked hard? :-).

Either way, Amy got me the "Training With the Schlecks" DVD/Real Life Video for the trainer. I'm hoping to ride it tomorrow evening during a maiden voyage run of the trainer while Wyatt is either going to, or, is already asleep. If it works, then, radical! If not, I'll help put him back to sleep :-).
